This publication showcases the Sixth Ward District, which was dubbed the best hidden neighborhood to the oldest intact neighborhood in Houston, in 2006. Located just west of downtown Houston, it maintains the feeling of a vibrant, self-contained 19th and early 20th century neighborhood.
